We were brought in by Mondelez International to help them explore the Electric Dance Music (EDM) space for Trident.
Developed the program "Project Sensation" to identify opportunities, analyze the market and educate the brand team, including:

- Attending the first ever Sensations at the Barclays Center in October 2012 with over 20 executives from the Trident team
- Creating an Innovation Session off-site, bringing in industry leaders to better understand how to be most impactful, followed by an ideation with Mayan Ideas Labs
- Connecting the brand to opportunities and partners, including industry and cultural advisors, talent relations and event management
- Building a comprehensive strategy to implement in the EDM space
